Our Story
Coastal Lifts & Elevators is a family-owned company founded in 2024 by Doug and Amanda Banks, following the growth of their first business, Coastal Boat Lift, which has proudly served the marine construction industry since 2014.
As more homeowners began requesting lift solutions beyond the dock, Doug and Amanda saw the need for a dedicated service—and Coastal Lifts & Elevators was born. Amanda, who spent 17 years in public accounting before joining Doug full-time in 2018, brought her financial and business expertise to the helm. Together, they built a company rooted in responsive communication, quality craftsmanship, and personal service.
Their son Austin has worked alongside them since the early days, keeping the operation a true family effort.
Today, Coastal Lifts & Elevators proudly delivers custom lift installations and dependable maintenance to help homeowners navigate elevated living with ease and confidence.
